After an elderly couple who came in contact with Omicron infected were found to be corona infected, the Health Department has identified three such people who traveled from America to Omicron infected travelers. Dehradun, Vikasnagar and Rishikesh have reached, at present, along with identifying such youths, their samples have been taken, who have been sent for genome sequencing.

CMO Dr Manoj Upreti said that the report of a youth resident of Vasant Vihar, who was among the three identified passengers, has come negative. A youth resident of Vikasnagar has also been identified who has come from America. His sample has also been taken. Along with this, a person resident of Rishikesh has been identified who came from the same flight from America, in which many passengers have been found corona infected in the investigation. His sample has also been sent to the laboratory for examination.

Send samples of two maids for examination 

All the people who came in contact with the Omicron infected family couple are being identified. Samples of two maids who came in contact with him have been sent for corona examination, whose report is yet to come.

There’s a lot to panic about Omicron. All arrangements for treatment are made by the health department. If any person feels that he is corona infected, then get immediate treatment as well as treatment so that the infection can be prevented.
